Cingular subscribers who were brought over from the AT&T merger
AT&T customers brought over already have TCP/IP enabled. They just have to go to their TCP settings and put "proxy" in for the APN (username and password are left blank).

Note: If this does not work, call Rogers and get the "internet.com Access Point Name" added to your account. If they say it already exists, tell them to load up the records anyway, just to doublecheck.
